This Christmas book nook kit includes 161 pre-cut, pre-painted wooden pieces and an illustrated, step-by-step manual.

No glue is needed, the pieces slot together. Built-in LEDs light the cabin window from inside, and a touch switch turns them on. Both side panels are printed with a snowy village at night, and one of them has a real window cut into the wood, so the light shows from outside too.

Your DIY Book nook Kit includes everything you need to get started: a detailed instruction guide, cutting tools, crafting papers, solid plywood sheets, and LED lights. Due to shipping restrictions, we can't include glue and batteries with your order.

The recommended age is simply a guideline, many children ages 6 to 8 have successfully built their book nooks and miniature dollhouses on their own, simply by following the instructions provided in the boxes. If your child is used to building with Legos, they'll manage without too much difficulty.
