Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@book-nook-kits.com.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
However, if you experience any delivery issues, please follow the steps below:

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@book-nook-kits.com including clear photos of the damaged package and items.
We will assist you in filing a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. -
Missing or Damaged Items:
If an item is missing or arrives damaged inside the parcel, please notify our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos and your order number.
Our team will quickly review the situation and provide a suitable solution (replacement, refund, or store credit). -
Order Not Received:
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first to locate your shipment.
If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@book-nook-kits.com and we will launch an internal investigation.
If your package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will resend or refund your order promptly.Β Please retain all packaging and documentation related to your shipment until the issue is resolved.
