Included Components

This book nook kit includes pre-cut, pre-printed wood sheets, printed decor sheets, the illustrated manual, the LED module with its battery box, a frosted rod, a pair of tweezers, and six metal rings and four small metal chains to hang the chandelier.

Glue-free assembly: the pieces slot together. You don't need glue, though a little can help hold a few pieces in place.

LED lighting: a touch button on the side of the case lights the throne room in red and orange, with a strip of green light under the floor.

Opening doors: the two front doors, cut like a wrought-iron gate, open and close.

Miniature accessories: the throne, the vampire and her coffin, the chandelier, the skeleton and its candlestick, the tombstones and the raven are all included.

Your DIY Book nook Kit includes everything you need to get started: a detailed instruction guide, cutting tools, crafting papers, solid plywood sheets, and LED lights. Due to shipping restrictions, we can't include glue and batteries with your order.

Is it too complicated for younger children to assemble?

The recommended age is simply a guideline, many children ages 6 to 8 have successfully built their book nooks and miniature dollhouses on their own, simply by following the instructions provided in the boxes. If your child is used to building with Legos, they'll manage without too much difficulty.
