This book nook kit includes the pre-cut, pre-printed wood sheets, the printed decor papers, the LED module with its battery box, the magic wand that works as a remote and the illustrated manual.

Glue-free assembly: the pieces slot together. You don't need glue, though a little can help hold a few pieces in place.

Magic wand included: it's the remote for the lights. According to the box, one move toward the scene lights the office from up to 80 feet away.

LED lighting: warm light fills both levels, the back shelves and the window behind the stag.

Miniature accessories: the desk and its armchair, the white owl, the crystal ball, the phoenix, the stag, the potion bottles and the sealed letters are all in the box.

The recommended age is simply a guideline, many children ages 6 to 8 have successfully built their book nooks and miniature dollhouses on their own, simply by following the instructions provided in the boxes. If your child is used to building with Legos, they'll manage without too much difficulty.
